Rev. Charles S. Mims is 37 years old, and married to the lovely Beth.  They have two daughters, Brianna (age 14) and Samantha (age 9).  Rev. Mims has been at South Peninsula Baptist since July 3, 1996.  Rev. Mims is a graduate of Florida Baptist Theological College, and holds a ThB (Bachelor of Theology) from this institution.  He also attended Stetson University, The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Gulf Coast Community College.  Rev. Mims earned a Master of Theology from Andersonville Theological Seminary and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in pastoral theology from the same institution.   He has served in the ministry for seventeen years, coming to our area from the Panhandle of Florida.  Rev. Mims grew up in Wewahitchka, FL, a sleepy little burg near Panama City, FL.  Our pastor also serves as the Prayer Coordinator  for the Halifax Baptist Association.   You may contact him at revmims@claimthevictory.org
